GKIIISE

High capacity and quality

The GKIIISE is a trailed 3-row top lifting harvester with hedgehog belt, discharge conveyor and discharge elevator. Downstream of the cutters set, the product is transported further by an 800 mm wide cross conveyor to the hedgehog unit. Due to the large contact surface of the hedgehog belt (1000 x 1680 mm), an unsurpassed cleaning capacity is ensured. The product is conveyed from the hedgehog unit to the discharge conveyor. A distributor is mounted at the end of the discharge conveyor that ensures even distribution across the discharge elevator.

Perfect topping result starts with the pick-up

With the 14,000 mm long super-grip profile harvesting belts, the carrots are suspended uniformly and accurately in the harvesting belt unit. The ‘Floating Shares’ are a unique feature: two individual harvesting elements with independent harvesting shares, whereby maximum stability is guaranteed, even at high driving speeds.

The heart of a Dewulf top lifting harvester

The top lifting harvesters produced by Dewulf are made with high-quality, wear-resistant standard components. The bearings of each cutters set is hermetically sealed using ‘Labyrinth Sealing’. This provides the highest degree of durability available on the market. Each cutters set is driven by a maintenance-free ‘Gearbox Drive’: two heavy-duty pinions ensure perfect synchronisation of the knives.

Ease of working means quick working

Using the control-unit, it is possible to view and adjust all settings. When the driver wants to focus entirely on the intake, a remote control can optionally be provided for tractor drivers that ride along in order to operate the discharge elevator.
