Dewulf among exhibitors again at Potato Europe 2022

In contrast to the 2021 edition in the Netherlands, it will be possible to hold Potato Europe for the general public again in 2022. On 7 and 8 September, exhibitors and visitors will be welcomed at Rittergut Bockerode, near Hannover, Germany. Dewulf is pleased to announce that we will be present with a varied selection of our machine range. In addition to a general stand, the full-liner will also focus on demonstrations of almost all the machines present. Dewulf will be present at stand F-41.

Dewulf brings the following 9 machines to Potato Europe 2022:

Harvesters

Lovers of the flagships of Dewulf’s harvester range can already start licking their chops, because Dewulf will be present with Kwatro, R3060 and Enduro. As announced, demonstrations of all the harvesters will be provided on the event grounds. Our newest 4-row harvester Enduro combines minimal ground pressure (max. 1.8 kg/cm²) with a sieving path without constrictions and a cleaning module that can be adjusted between 0 and 12 degrees.

The tried and true Kwatro will also be demoed. This self-propelled 4-row sieving harvester has been the king of the field since its launch in 2010. The harvester has an 11-tonne bunker and the lowest ground pressure per cm² in the market.

For the 2-row RA3060, an elaborate demonstration will take place as well. Driven by more than 30 years of experience, this machine impresses in 2022 with several important assets. One of the key features, for example, is the Quick Change System (QCS), with which you can move between different harvest kits in no time. In addition, you can choose one of the five programmable functions with one single push of a button and thus change the complete settings of the machine according to the circumstances. Planting and storing technology

A CP 42 Smart-Float will be presented at the Dewulf stand. The 3-in-1 planter combination of this 4-row cup planter handles soil cultivation, planting and ridging in one working pass. With the CP 42 Smart-Float, both the working depth of the cultivator and the planting depth are steplessly adjustable and can be adjusted independently of each other in the tractor cabin.

Dewulf will also bring to Potato Europe a range of machines from the storage line. We will demonstrate an ML 1980 X-stream store loader that is 19 metres long and 80 cm wide. Thanks to the Premium filling program, this machine can fill a store automatically in perfect layers, with attention to product-friendliness. Beyond that, use of the short, flat X-stream conveyor belt increases the processing capacity further, even over a ninety-degree angle. You will also see the MC 1780 duo belt conveyor with Weight-Control weighing device in action and the ME 100 elevator conveyor, which will carry the sieved soil away from the MH.

The collection of demo machines at Potato Europe also includes an MH 241 equipped with eight spiral rollers and a Clean-Boost cleaning unit. This cleaning feature is a high-tech solution that temporarily increases the speed of the electrically driven PU spiral rollers. It clears the rollers of any caked-on soil. This machine effortlessly combines excellent cleaning performance with equally high processing capacity and flexibility, tailored to local conditions. Finally, at our stand, you will find the AKL 260, an extremely product-friendly box tipper.
